When I was little, I remember hearing my grandmother say, “When cardinals appear, loved ones are near.” To this day, whenever I see one of these beautiful birds, I think of her.
This two layer ornament is laser cut and engraved. The cardinals are hand-painted and I add a special layer of glaze over each bird so it has a bit of “shine” when near the lights on your tree.
